So today's post is yet again for all my tech-savvy Chicsters who love to look fashionable by having technology on their side. How do you know if your smartphone is smart enough? Camera? Processor? Well for me a smartphone isn't smart enough until it has stunning looks that you can flaunt around town and one such beauty is the LeEco Le 1s - a 2nd generation smartphone that is sleek, stylish and yet is budget friendly.
Within the last few month's LeEco formerly known as LeTV has become a rising sensation all over India. These smartphones have made a foray in India in January and since then have become one of the top selling smartphones online. Excluding India, LeEco has gained popularity worldwide with them introducing 4 new smartphones: Le Max, Le Max Pro, Le 1s and Le 1 Pro at Mobile World Congress. Design: This 32GB Android 5.0 (Lollipop) smartphone has a full metal unibody and a Gorilla Glass screen that is quite similar to the physical appearance of HTC. Also, the application layout is quite similar to Samsung and the layout of the settings menu along with the feature of cloud storage (LeCloud) is similar to that of an iPhone. Basically, LeEco 1s has a combination of the best features of the 3 most popular smartphones and is available for only a fraction of the price! This Dual Sim smartphone is available in two colours - Silver and Gold. I own the Gold variant which as per me is the best of them both. An add on bonus is that you get a reversible type C charger - the first of its kind Android supported technology that speedens up your charging process,
Performance: Most of the problems that I had faced earlier with my previous phones were owing to a slow processor. The Octa-core Helio X10 Turbo processor (64-bit) which clocks at 2.2 GHz and 3 GB of RAM is a guardian angel for multitaskers like me, which means you need not worry about switching between apps and browsing at the same time. Also, the phone has a PowerVR G6200 GPU which enhances your gaming and browsing experience.
Display: I usually like watching movies or sitcoms before going to bed and lately have been enjoying the comfort of watching movies on this 13.97 cm (5.5) FHD display which boasts a PPI of 403. Also, the reduced screen thickness along with an In-Cell display enhances the image quality and delivers a clearer and crisp picture. If you enjoy movie marathons like I do then you need not worry as the LeEco Le 1s has a 3000mAh Battery which supports at least 7 hours of battery life in my experience.
Camera: Everyone who follows me on Instagram must me aware by looking at my posts that a phone with a good quality camera is one of my top most priorities. LeEco Le 1s sports a high-definition 13 MP rear camera that features Samsung ISOCELL technology and a blue glass infrared filter to provide you brighter and clearer images.
Selfie Lovers Alert! This smartphone is not only about its stunning looks but also has a 5MP front camera with a wide angle lens (85 degrees) with an F2.0 aperture. Also, the camera has 9 inbuilt filters for you to select from. I am really fond of the Nature filter!

Overall Verdict: A stylish, latest in technology and gentle on the pocket smartphone. Will definitely give it a Thumbs Up! Recommended.
