Engage in moderate exercise
Studies have shown that regular moderate exercise can boost your immunity. To exercise you don’t need to step out of your house and put your self at risk, rather you can exercise at home. The key is to aim for at least 150minutes of moderate exercises per week.

Sleep well

Adults should aim to get at least 7hours of sleep while teens should aim for at least 8-10 hours and infants or children should get up to 14hours.
